Garbage Cans in Culver City

A neighbor built a new house next to this home-owner's new swimming pool and decided to stack their collection of garbage cans right next to the fence, ruining the view from the pool.  We decided to put it on our website right away because we think the raised planter and the inexpensive tall 15 gallon pots of 'Temple Bamboo'  have a future in screening out stuff in a project with limited space and money.
