Cozy little open Mediterranean place with a rose garden and a line of our oldhamii and Japanese timber mixed bamboos when Bette's family lived there in 1990 - now has become fortified with a forest-like perimeter, video supervision and solid gate - but the bamboo is still a large part of the landscape.
