Ghost Bamboo, Angel Mist Bamboo

Rare erect bamboo from Southern China with large, tropical looking leaves and pale green culms. As the canes emerge, a beautiful powdery bloom which is a coating on the canes which gives them a bluish appearance. As the bloom wears off, rich lime canes with dark green stripes are revealed. The mature clump does not produce lower branches.
