Has bright yellow stripes alternating
on each side of the culm from one internode to the next. Erect growth form
with attractive foliage. Can be used as a stand alone ornamental or an elegant
hedge or privacy screen. Maximum
diameter culms 2 ½ " diameter.
Plants we imported from Florida
in 5 gallon pots all died in our unheated greenhouse when the temperature
went down to 25 degrees F. in the winter of 2006.
