in grassy brush-like tufts. Imported from Taiwan
by the American Bamboo Society around 1982.

sold at the '86 ABS auction for $110. A 5 gallon pot
with 2 6' culms was sold at the fall '91 NWABS sale
for $55. At the fall '92 SCABS sale a gallon pot
sold for $20 & a 5 gallon pot sold for $40.
