die to ground at -8 degrees F. 1" maximum
culm diameter. Very prolific producer of culms -
probably a good choice for production of paper pulp or
for a fast-growing windbreak or screen. Plants
grown in Auburn, Alabama produced 9,870
canes/acre/year.
